We source our news from:

- Direct interviews with landlords, agents, and policymakers
We do not publish unverified claims. Where information cannot be independently confirmed, we clearly attribute statements to their source.
Corrections Policy
We take accuracy seriously. If we make an error:
- We correct the article as soon as the error is identified
- We add a correction note at the bottom of the article stating what was changed and when
- For significant errors, we publish a separate correction notice
