Pegasus says Q1 landlord income hit £89,000 as tenancies got longer
Pegasus Insight said average landlord income reached £89,000 in the first quarter of 2026, up £14,000 on the previous quarter, as longer tenancies and firmer tenant satisfaction helped lift returns.
